Runs in-line with inkjetter.
Product sizes from 3" x 5" up to 16" x 17" and up to 5/8" thick.
Speeds up to 30,000 pph for single tab, 24,000 for double tab, and 15,000 for triple tab.
Tabs can be placed along one edge or on front of piece.
Standard tabs are 1" round white or translucent paper.

Samuel P100 Trackless Strapper
Portable plastic strapper can be used in any low volume application as long as the product fits on the 24" x 37" tabletop.
Applies a 3/8" wide black plastic strap.

File Management for Inkjetting
Data is driven to the inkjetter through a networked PC using the Microsoft® Office Suite or Postalsoft® DeskTop Mailer. DeskTop Mailer is a powerful software suite offering complete mailing-list management, along with postal coding, barcoding, and presorting. By performing First Class and Standard Mail (A) presorts, DeskTop Mailer can save up to 60 percent on postage (compared to full First Class rates). Because DeskTop Mailer maintains its files in dBase (.dbf) format, customers should supply their files as .dbf, or as ASCII delimited, on 3-1/2" floppies, zip disks, via FTP or e-mail.
